Carli Webb

A dedicated sound healer, meditation guide, and Veriditas-trained labyrinth facilitator, she brings a thoughtful, grounded approach to the practice of sound. After a year of immersive study in Nada Yoga (the yoga of sound) and Sanskrit mantra, she began offering sound experiences within her community in 2023. Drawing from both personal practice and teaching experience, she emphasizes that sound is a powerful tool for nervous system regulation, presence, and deep rest. Her passion is helping yoga teachers develop genuine skill and confidence, using sound with integrity rather than as an accessory.

Module: Sound for Savasana Part 1

Rather than introducing multiple instruments, students will focus on mastering one singing bowl and their own voice, learning to offer sound as a supportive, intentional practice that enhances relaxation and nervous system regulation. Through experiential learning, guided practice, and feedback, participants develop the confidence to close classes with authenticity, presence, and discernment.
