Payment Schedule & Deadlines

Deposit Due

September 30, 2025

Secure your spot with a non-refundable deposit of $1,250 for shared rooms or $2,500 for private rooms.

Final Payment

November 15, 2025

Complete your full payment by this date to finalize your booking and prepare for your Thailand adventure.

Late Bookings

 

Refund Policy:

  • No refunds will be issued after September 30, as we work with multiple vendors who require advance deposits to reserve your place.
  • However, your spot is transferable to another traveler if you cannot attend.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred roommate requests.

Important Notes:

  • The itinerary is subject to change based on travel logistics — expect the unexpected and come with a light heart and easygoing attitude!

You can still join the adventure after the payment deadline, but full payment will be required upfront to secure your spot.
