TERMS AND CONDITIONS-

The Booking Contract  

1. Deposit Policy

   • A $500 deposit is required to reserve your spot.

   • This deposit is fully refundable within 7 days of booking.

   • After 7 days, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

2. Payment Deadline

   • The full balance must be paid by August 1st, 2025.

   • Failure to complete payment by this date may result in the loss of your spot.

3. Refund Policy

   • No refunds will be issued after August 1st, 2025, regardless of circumstances.

   • Prior to August 1st, only the amount paid beyond the $500 deposit is eligible for refund.

4. Program Cancellation

   • In the unlikely event that the training is canceled by the leaders for any reason, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.

5. Travel Responsibilities

   • You are fully responsible for booking and paying for your own flights to and from Greece.

   • Please do not purchase your flight before July 24th, 2025.
     This is the final date we will confirm whether the training has the minimum number of participants required to proceed.

   • We are not responsible in any way for any flight costs, changes, or cancellations.
