  • the remaining payment must be completed by November 15, 2025.
  • After November 15, you can still join but full payment will be required upfront.

 

 

Refund Policy:

 

 

  • No refunds will be issued after September 30, as we work with multiple vendors who require advance deposits to reserve your place.
  • However, your spot is transferable to another traveler if you cannot attend.

 

 

We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred roommate requests.
